Since 2020, she has served as Registration Manager at Pure Global’s Hong Kong office, specializing in medical device registration and regulatory compliance services.

Min specializes in managing market-entry registration and renewal projects across a range of medical device product types. She supports manufacturers and authorized representatives throughout the regulatory process, including pre-submission assessments, dossier preparation, application filing, follow-up, and post-approval maintenance. Min also helps companies navigate the medical device regulatory requirements of Hong Kong’s Department of Health, providing practical and tailored compliance solutions to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Prior to joining Pure Global, Min gained experience in finance, sales management, and cross-border operations. This diverse background enables her to effectively identify client needs, develop appropriate registration pathways, and drive regulatory projects through to completion. She also works closely with regulatory authorities to facilitate communication and help advance applications efficiently.
